Refund Policy

1. Overview
Replyly AI ("Replyly", "we", "us") is committed to fair and transparent billing. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds are granted for Pro subscriptions purchased at mailreplyly.com.
To request a refund, email support@mailreplyly.com with your registered account email address, the charge date, and the reason for your request.
2. Monthly Plan Refunds
Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund of your monthly subscription if both of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase or renewal date, and
- Your account has used fewer than 20 AI refinements since the charge.
No Refund
If more than 7 days have passed or you have used 20 or more refinements, no refund will be issued. However, you may cancel at any time and your Pro access will continue until the end of the current paid period — no further charges will occur.
3. Yearly Plan Refunds
Full Refund — within 14 days
A full refund is available if your request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the annual charge and you have not used more than 20 AI refinements since the charge.
Pro-rated Refund — 14 to 30 days
If your request is submitted between 14 and 30 calendar days of the annual charge, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription on a monthly basis. We calculate the refund as:
Refund = (₹1,499 ÷ 12) × (months remaining after the current month)
No Refund — after 30 days
No refund is issued after 30 days from the annual charge. You may cancel at any time and your Pro access continues until the subscription's expiry date.
4. Auto-Renewal Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If a renewal charge occurs and you did not intend to renew, contact us at support@mailreplyly.com within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
This 48-hour window is intentional: under Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, your bank is required to notify you before recurring charges are processed. If you missed the notification or the charge was unexpected, contact us promptly and we will make it right.
After 48 hours, standard refund conditions (Sections 2–3 above) apply.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued in any of the following circumstances:
- Terms of Service violations — accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., spam generation, abuse of the service, sharing account credentials).
- API quota abuse — accounts that have used automated tools, scripts, or other means to circumvent usage limits.
- Fraud or chargeback abuse — accounts flagged for fraudulent payment activity or that have initiated unjustified chargebacks with their bank.
- Requests outside the eligible window — refund requests submitted after the applicable refund period has expired.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@mailreplyly.com with:
- Subject line:
Refund Request – [your registered email] - Your registered Replyly account email address
- The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
- A brief reason for the request (helps us improve)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, we will initiate the refund through Stripe immediately.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once we approve and initiate a refund through Stripe, the timeline for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank:
- Standard processing: 5–10 business days from the date we initiate the refund.
- Indian debit/credit cards: Typically 7–15 days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer and bank. This is normal and outside our control — Stripe submits the refund immediately, but your bank's processing time varies.
- UPI / net banking: If your original payment was processed via UPI or net banking through Stripe, the same 7–15 day timeline applies.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@mailreplyly.com and we will follow up with Stripe on your behalf.
8. Cancellation vs. Refund
A cancellation stops future charges and lets your Pro access run until the current period ends. It does not trigger a refund on its own.
A refund returns the money already charged, subject to the conditions in this policy. You can request a refund in addition to cancelling.
To cancel: open the Replyly Chrome extension, click your Pro badge, and select Manage Billing to access the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
