Terms of Service

By installing the Replyly AI Chrome extension or using the website at mailreplyly.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Replyly.

Replyly AI is operated by Shaodong Xu ("we", "us"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us.

Replyly is an AI-powered email refinement assistant that integrates directly into Gmail. It rewrites email drafts to sound natural, professional, and clear, using third-party large language models.

The service is provided "as-is". AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed before sending.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Replyly. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Free Tier

Unregistered users and registered free accounts may refine up to 5 emails per day. The counter resets at midnight UTC.

Pro Subscription — Pricing

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file via Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal (accessible from the Replyly extension). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain Pro access until then.

Our full refund terms are published separately at mailreplyly.com/refund. Key terms are summarised below — the Refund Policy page governs in the event of any conflict.

Monthly plan

Full refund if requested within 7 calendar days of the charge and fewer than 20 AI refinements have been used. Beyond 7 days or 20 uses: no refund, but you may cancel future renewals at any time.

Yearly plan

Full refund within 14 days. Pro-rated refund (unused months) between 14 and 30 days. No refund after 30 days; Pro access continues until the subscription expiry date.

Auto-renewal charges

Full refund if you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge. This window aligns with RBI pre-debit notification requirements.

No-refund situations

No refund is issued for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations, API quota abuse, or fraud. See the Refund Policy for the full list.

Refund processing time

5–10 business days standard; 7–15 days for Indian-issued cards, depending on your bank. To request a refund, email support@mailreplyly.com.

You agree not to:

• Use Replyly to generate spam, phishing emails, or any content that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated tools to circumvent usage limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Replyly and all related software, branding, and documentation are owned by Shaodong Xu. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Chrome extension and web service for personal or professional email composition.

You retain full ownership of any email content you submit. By using the service you grant us a transient licence to process that content solely to provide the refinement output.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Replyly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shaodong Xu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Replyly, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any feature at any time with reasonable notice. We will notify subscribers of material changes that affect paid features.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Replyly after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
